Kerwin Rivera, assistant coach of the PS2 Crusaders

Coach Kervin was a high school standout at PCTI where he played in 3 Passaic County championships, winning in 2004. He went on to play two years of college ball at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon. He attended Seton Hall and Peru State College in Nebraska.  He has coached at DePaul Catholic HS in Wayne.  Kervin is currently assisting special needs students at Martin Luther King School No. 6 in Passaic and is the Assistant Varsity Coach at Passaic HS. His mission can be summed up by a quote from his favorite baseball player, Roberto Clemente: "Any time you have an opportunity to make a difference in this world and you don't, then you are wasting your time on Earth."
