Jack Winters

Coach Jack Winters just completed his second season as an assistant coach with Bergen Community College, in which he serves as the program's pitching coach.  Winters joined the Bulldogs after two successful seasons at NYU and Centenary University (NJ) respectively.  He led both pitching staffs to program low ERA's (CU '16 - 3.60; NYU '18 - 3.81).  Over that span Winters coached five All-Conference pitchers, two of which received an All-Region recognition.

Winters also has three seasons of experience as a Head Coach in college summer leagues.  He served as the skipper for the Carolina Forest Crawdads in the Beach Collegiate League (Myrtle Beach, SC), the Chillicothe Mudcats in the MINK League (Chillicothe, MO) and the North Jersey Eagles in the Metropolitan Collegiate League (Paramus, NJ).  All three teams finished with winning records, including two playoff appearances and one championship.

Winters has also spent time coaching at the high school level. From 2011-13, he served as the varsity pitching coach at his alma mater River Dell H.S. in Oradell, NJ. In 2015, Winters was the freshman baseball coach at Mahwah H.S.

Also a physical education teacher at Hudson Way Immersion School in New York, NY and Stirling, NJ, Winters is a native of Oradell, NJ and resides in River Edge, NJ.
