2020 MCBL FALL BALL PLAYER REGISTRATION

To register to play during the 2020 Fall Season, you must complete the form as provided below.

ATTN MCBL PLAYERS:  There are limited roster spots, so after registering, we need to have payment in order to lock up a roster spot.  The fee to participate is $575.  Registration is now open and will run through August 23rd.   For the fall team name asked below - enter MCBL.

ATTN FRANCHISE PLAYERS:  Please enter your complete information as requested below.  The fee to play is determined by your team.  For the fall team, enter the team name provided to you by your head coach.
